Morning Steff. Just a bit of feeback for you from my mum. After cheryl’s visit last Monday, my mum was impressed and perfectly happy with both cheryl’s efforts, interactions and professional etiquette. Essentially cheryl arrived on time, got on with what she was instructed to do, made my mum feel safe, comfortable and at ease with a new person coming into her home whilst she was there alone and was both approachable and flexible whilst untertaking the work required. Moving forward, my mum would be happy with either or any of your employees who have attended before. Thanks again

I did a full inspection 😂 and the ONLY thing I found was a bit missed under the tap on the bathroom sink, but that is me being OCD and super picky, but best to let hannah know that’s what I’m like, I can’t help it 🤦😊 Hannah was really lovely and I’m looking forward to her coming again next week. I’m on my way home from the hairdressers now and I’m looking forward to a glass of wine, without having to worry about the cleaning 😊 Thnx again ! X
